John Shelton – Founder, Master Plumber
John started Shelton Plumbing in 1983 and has spent over 45 years serving people, churches, missions, disaster relief efforts, and charitable organizations. His high standards—both in workmanship and in how he treats people—set the foundation the company is still built on today.

Josh Shelton – President and Owner, Master Plumber
Josh took over ownership of Shelton Plumbing in 2015. He carries forward his father’s values while focusing on strong company culture, training, and systems that support long-term growth for both customers and the team.

Sarah Kimmel – Human Resources
Sarah joined the family business in 2008 to handle the critical behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. From HR and accounting to team development, she helps ensure the Shelton Plumbing team operates like a well-oiled machine.

Denny Kelley – Operations Coordinator
Denny is the “get it done right” guy. With more than 19 years at Shelton Plumbing, he’s skilled in project planning and technical execution, including trenchless technology, specialty services, general plumbing, and underground utilities for gas, water, and sewage.

Caleb is experienced in all aspects of plumbing and specializes in cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP), camera inspections, sewer and drain cleaning, repairs, and replacements. He helps plan and manage complex trenchless projects from start to finish.
